Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
The quality of the food was good, not excellent. The Garden Buffet didn't have enough seating for the times it was too cool to eat outside, and there was too much smoke in the Sports Bar.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Good variety of entertainment.

Service and Staff

3 out of 5
Overall the staff was friendly. There were a few that didn't seem to care, but there were also a few that went above and beyond. We especially enjoyed our server in the Observation Lounge. We went there every night just to see him!

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
The cleanliness was amazing, even in public areas and restrooms.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
The layout of stateroom was really amazing. We never felt cramped. It would have been perfect, if we had had a good mattress.

Ports of call

We loved Ketchikan. Quaint town. Fun shopping. The horse-drawn trolley was great, and the guide was very knowledgeable.

Skagway, Alaska

Skagway was great. The history is wonderful. The train ride was fantastic.
Don't Miss: White Pass & Yukon Route Railway train ride

Pros: The free-style dining

Cons: The smell of smoke (even smokers) in no-smoking areas
