There was lacking and misleading and conflicting information about the alcohol not being available in UK ports. The story changed from 3 miles out to 12 nautical miles out. The tickets for the tenders were supposed to start being handed out from 9 PM, but on the 1st day, it was 8 PM. Insufficient information was provided about getting from tender ports to the city centers! Do your own research as the staff don't really care. Avoid room 9650, it is right across from the internet cafe door, and all the noise from the atrium also goes right up there. This was not a cruise for those under 25.

Most of the activity was on deck 7. The window alcove seats on that deck are a great to have a view of the ocean while being comfortably indoors and still be among the bustle of people walking around.

There are many places to be searched out where you can be by yourselves, so make the time to discover them. Each bar has a different menu, so seek those out too.

It is a very small ship to keep in mind when traveling. There are not that many excursions available for this cruise and they sell out quickly. Unfortunately many of the excursioins were cancelled on this cruise. I also pre-ordered my photo package and when I picked all my photos, they did not print my pictures and I had to disembark without my purchased photos since my NCL transporation was leaving at 6:30 am and the photo desk did not open till 6 am on disembarkation day. The guest services counter did not seem to care. We filed a complaint with NCL and it has been 12 days since our cruise and not response about my missing pictures still.

Do not sail Norwegian! They overcharge for everything from liquor to the adventures. Food was questionable and managers did not seem to care.

It is one of the smaller ships, so there are advantages with lesser people, but also some disadvantages with the ship rocking with some wind / waves

NCL will not deliver what they initially advertise, and will not reimburse you for anything, even when they cause the damage or make the unplanned changes. Unless you plan all your own activities and arrange shore activities with non-NCL vendors, you will be disappointed in most of the overpriced NCL offerings. Upon disembarking, they damaged our luggage and refused to provide even minimum compensation, even though we filed an online damage report as we were still on the pier as we left the ship at 3:15 AM for the transportation to the airport that we had paid NCL to provide.
