Warning-Do not use NCL Travel-VERY VERY VERY hard to deal with. Booked to travel with Handicap sister paid extra to travel together BUT NCL TRAVEL would not put us on same flights. Spook at least five times to change flights but all I heard was a NO. As a result my sister Missed the ship in England and spent TOUSANDS of dollars on flights meals and hotels chasing the ship up to Scotland, the staff at London Airport told her NCL TRAVEL should have not booked her on the flight she came in on-she FINALLY caught the ship THREE days into the cruise-The real issue is NCL TRAVEL NEVER contacted her AFTER several ATTEMPED PHONE CALLS on NCL's EMERGENCY NUMBER provided by them.

You listed many ports that we didn't visit and didn't list 4 ports that we did visit. I loved the ports in Norway and cruising the fjords. Kirkwall UK was also wonderful.

Loved both Iceland and Greenland and doing it on a ship with happy people was an added benefit. Wouldn’t have missed it.

Next time I will look for more Hop on Hop offs. Glacier was wonderful

Great fun and wonderful friendly crew. We bought the cruise next offer and were told that if we bought a cruise before June 30th we would get 10% off It was even listed on the chalk board nex to the desk. We didn't receive the 10%. Do have a cas #05900848 and have not heard.

We were totally happy with the cruise. We saw 8 cities and many beautiful cathedrals, buildings and scenery in 9 days. The cruise staff were exceptional making sure we had everything we needed. All of our meals on board were great. Our suite was amazing with plenty of room and the views from our balcony were beautiful. Looking forward to taking another Norwegian cruise in the future.

So happy we finally got to do our cruise since the pandemic. It was worth the wait.

Best ever. Stateroom was perfect. Specialty dining, especially Cagney's, superior. Excursions were varied and the best.

It was a great experience especially knowing that it was their second voyage since they stopped for Covid. The staff were great and were genuinely happy to see passengers back

I unfortunately will not take another Norwegian cruise it was my least favorite cruise line and this is my 5th cruise experience with various lines. The food was unsatisfactory to me. There was very little to do on the import days if you stayed on the ship. Limited food and bar service at in port days.

The itinerary was great. Ship was not exceptional and suite was crowded and old

Food was not that good, help was not trained on the ship. Our balcony cabin was small. Smoking section was too many steps to get to. Casino was small and could not smoke in there. Kind of disappointed in overall cruise ship. The ports we stopped at were good but almost could not walk into towns on most ports.

We had a wonderful time - we were very lucky to have incredible weather!

It is obvious that the overall rating is skewed in that the high rarings for all the ports make the rating higher than it should be. I would put the overall rating at a 3.0 (Okay). The Norwegian Star's has to address the quality of the food from it's restaurants and make it more appealing and tasteful.

Staff on ship was great. I am sure that Captain takes orders from Miami and that is why I said corporate greed.

Relaxing 14 day crossing. Lecturer, a forensic geologist, made the trip for us. There are very few children on a crossing, yet most of the television and theater movies are children's movies, which makes no sense.

was enjoyable, visit NCL island instead off final port, when last Port was cancelled ship took a very southern route so the weather was much warmer then expected

As a mother-daughter cruise, this was a perfect setting. We had plenty of time together while we were able to do separate activities. Then we joined again at the pool and the buffets gave us the freedom to pack everything in a day that we wanted. Our highlight were the fantastic shows in the evening. My daughter was able to sing in the talent show the last night and she was thrilled about this unforgettable opportunity and experience to sing live with an 8 man professional orchestra.

Very disappointing experience this year ... ship resources felt lacking and cruise director staff and entertainment felt second class. While we prefer to sail on smaller ships, it appears NCL is putting all resources to larger and newer ships and that feels very wrong
