The cruise company was disorganized as a whole. We booked excursions separately from the ship as they were much cheaper and as a result the crew didn’t know where to send us and give us bad information. The passport pick up was a total disaster. Poor planning and organizing skills.

Activities lacked in every way. Bad entertainment, spa thermal pool was cold, internet never worked. Alls they do is try to sell you stuff, like the next cruise on their ship.

Small cabin, tiny bathroom, no real space between beds. Couch was uncomfortable. Clean
Bad internet- didn’t work- expensive, disorganized, great food and staff except Zoe spa manager. Who didn’t do her job and was condescending. Thermal pool was cold
Great itinerary. The internet is rarely good on any ship. The spa is usually overpriced and high pressure sakes on most ships. Always check with the tour provider for where to meet for independent excursions, the ship personnel rarely have information on where they meet or an incentive to assist.
