I usually take Disney Cruises and I guess I've become a snob. I would never take a Norwegian Cruise again.

I didn't care for the variety of food in the buffet. And it was on the pool deck but there were signs all over saying no wet bathing suits allowed. One restaurant was a pass through to other areas of the ship. Was not fun sitting to eat and having that happen.
Onboard Activities

We did a paint event, but again, area it was set up in was a pass through for other destinations and people starting lining up for something. We had to change our sets because we couldn't see or hear the instructor. 2 of the 3 musical acts we listened to were good.
Entertainment

e went to one show that was great, but they showed a movie in the middle that was subtitled in broken English. I found the seats in the theater uncomfortable and was glad for the bench seating on the upper levels.
Service and Staff

Room stewards cursed in front of us; I had a dinner reservation that I did not make show up on the app and when I went to cancel the woman told me she couldn't do it that day, I would have to try again the next. I spoke to someone else later who helped me. Also we went to one restaurant and asked for a non-alcoholic beer and they said they didn't have it there, but the next night, at the restaurant they share the kitchen with, we were able to get the drink.

This ship was just refurbished last year. There was a screw missing from one of the metal pieces holding the glass on the balcony, there was a big chip in the shelf in the bathroom; I had an early spa appointment (8 a.m.) The spa wasn't open when I got there so I sat on a ledge to wait and there was a lime with a skewer through it sitting on the ledge; the glass door of our balcony was dirty. It kinda looked like someone had sprayed suntan lotion on themselves and it got on the glass
Cabin / Stateroom

The bed was comfy, but the bathroom had a sliding see through door to separate the toilet from the rest of it - why? It made the bathroom cramped. Plenty of hangers in the closet; front of one of the drawers fell off. They did fix it. It had a lot of USB ports to charge our electronics. Balcony door did not seal well when closed. One night we could hear the wind howling outside.
We did do the beach here - and I went to the excursion in my bathing suit with cover up and flip flops. Turned out the catamaran dropped us off at Old Town and we had a tour and a walk to the bus to take us back to the beach. Not what I expected and I did not have the right shoes on for a walking tour!
