We loved the star, the ship size and the experience. Tarragona and disembarkation was a nightmare. I hope they have learned from this experience.

Room stewards are mostly just doing their job. They do not ever go out of their way. We also gave additional cash tips in addition to the normal compensation. It did not make a difference.

One of the worst disembarkation ever. No one seemed to know what was going on. It was cold, I saw many older folks walking around trying to get out of the cold or sit down somewhere. Hours and hours to get a taxi. Port authority would not let people walk off port. Understandable, however the were not equipped to help 100 people let alone 2700.
