In general the cruise was very good but the desembarkation was terrible

Review summary

Has the cruise is concerned it has been very pleasant. I do not accept the fact that a company like Norwegian has left its customers without any alternative to go to Barcelona. Simple, bus from the port to Tarragona or Barcelona train station at $ XX and booking on the ship. For this reason I will not recommand or book and other cruise with Norwegian because they are not reliable.

Disembarkation

Terrible, terrible. First we had selected this cruise to visite Barcelone and the hotel selected was at Barcelone. But the ship has been rerouted after we had reserved our hotel in Barcelona. At this moment we accepted because we though that Norwegian will arrange transportation to Barcelona or at least to the train station to Barcelona. So Norwegian failed to do this. We have been few hundred persons there on the docks in same time waiting for a taxi, coming 1 by 1 by a windy and cold day. For us my wife and I it has been nearly 1 hours waiting. In my mind it is not my fault if you have decided to change Barcelena to Tarragona. For this reason I won’t recommand Norwegian nor book another cruise with Norwegian

Your final port was always tarragona. It was stated in your itinary. Thats were the cruised finished. You should have done more research.
