Worse cruise ever. Rude and really slow service, the Staff/crew ruined this trip. They did not earn the gratuity we were charged.

Review summary

Worse cruise I have ever been on. Staff/crew were horrible. Slow, rude, argumentative. I walked into an elevator and stepped in someone’s vomit. When I called on the phone for help to get someone to clean it I ways yelled at and they hung up on me.

Awful layout, not enough seating in buffet, why are dining room entries right next to elevators? Walkways thru ship too narrow. Too many people for this size of ship.
