Review summary
We have cruised over 15 times and this one has been the worst experience by far. The service of all the staff was excellent with the exception of an individual in the customer service area. The food variety was not what I expected when thinking of previous cruises, some of them with the same cruise line. The shows were not exciting for us, with the exception of the magic show all the other shows felt repetitive. At the end to make matters worst, a passenger decided to jump creating a mess for everyone else. We understand that the cruise line had a responsibility to stay in the area and search for the person but we were very disappointed and frustrated with what the cruise staff did to help us rebook our flights coming back home. They provided just a few computer and a couple of phones to make the changes. With hundreds of people in line waiting to use them. We never made to the front of the line by the time the cruise arrived into port. The cruise staff should have made the phones in the cabins available so we could call from there the airlines or activate the cell phone service so we could use our phones but they didn't do neither of those. By the time we were able to obtain cell phone signal and contacted the airlines we all were considered no shows and new one way tickets had to be purchased. Aside from having to book hotel, pay for taxis, etc. The additional expense for us and our two sons and girlfriends came to around $7,000 and the most disappointing thing is that the cruise line is not offering any help with all these additional expenses...Embarkation

Ship tip
The ship feels a little bit dated when compared to the newer ships.
