We enjoyed this cruise. It was the first time we had cruised the west coast. The ship was clean, the staff was good, the house steward was excellent. We enjoyed the ports and the shopping was great! There were little things that popped up ( not enough electrical outlets, sparkling wine we did not drink, some servers unsure of their jobs) but I would take this cruise again.

We are on a cruise level that provides priority embarkation. We were assigned a cruise employee who walked with us all the way to the ships entrance and then made us stand there, not allowing us to go to a restaurant or other place to wait for the rooms to be readied. We could have done this on our own. She clearly did not know what to do with us.

There did not seem to be as much variety on the buffet (especially the dessert bar) we would have liked a cookie.....the specialty dining rooms the food was excellent, but the service seemed to be a bit “off”. We observed servers not sure of what to do or how to serve and being coached by others. It did did not detract from our dining, but it was interesting.

Our rooms was always clean....the public areas on the ship were not always clean....but some guests are not on their best behavior either.

Nice....great balcony, always clean. We would really have benefited from more electrical plug ins. Fortunately we brought our own extension/ plug in cords.
*****we would have liked to trade the sparkling wine for bottled water.....we do not drink wine!

Bring an extension cord for additional plug ins....
We had priority disembarkation which was good.......the line with people who carried their own luggage off was L O N G! There has to be a better way...maybe have them go through a different door or GO LAST. This is like the carry ons on the airplane, people think they will get off faster....at the expense of everyone else. if we had to have waited for this line to we would have been rushed to get to the airport. Very annoying.
