0% absolutely WORST cruise I have ever taken................... I will would never CRUZ with NORWEGIAN, ROOM'S ARE VERY SMALL, SMELLED LIKE CIGARETTE SMOKE EVERYNIGHT IN THE STATEROOM, NON OF THE EMPLOYEES NEW ANYTHING ,NOR NEW WHERE ANYTHING WAS, RUDE. AND I'M STILL WAITTING ON REFUND $506.76 OVER CHARGE MY BANK ACCOUNT.

Very small, smelled like someone was smoking every night, Could not sleep the smell of cigarette smoke was that bad....... 5537 & 5551 we had 2 stateroom.

Hmmm its Cruise, None and Knew...BUT ANYWAY. So you believed you were staying at the Ritz Carlton presidential suite i guess. You were not at work, good food and lots to do (im guessing because you never mention this. So all this great stuff and a small room you shouldnt be in much anyway, tuins your vacation???
