We cruised in a 2 bedroom family suite, which was just OK. The room itself was nicely set-up but the balcony was so small that we couldn't open the chaise lounges completely. It also afforded no privacy & the guy next to us kept peeping at us through the cheap partition. The maid "Max" was below par. Our sheets were only changed once in 7 nights although we requested it to be done every other night. He barely cleaned the suite, didn't vacuum often & there was still dust/hair in the room from the prior guests. The sink stoppers do not work & the mini bar was missing a whole bunch of items that we were penalized for even though we reported it to the butler ASAP.

Lines too long to participate... Pool too small, not enough chaise lounges & the ships crew allows people to covet lounges for hours while other people stand helplessly staring at chairs w/no one in them for hours on end! Simply annoying!!!

We had the worst maid ever. Sheets only changed once the entire trip. Dust everywhere & no conditioner or soap left in room. Always calling our butler for these items.

Try to get Mr. Made Rana as your butler. He is skilled, very respectful & sooooo helpful.
Me & my 9 yr old daughter were humiliated by TSA Agents at Tampa Airport. They practically took my clothes off in front of everyone at the terminal. All for a sippy-cup w/tap water in it. All while my 6 yr old son watched in horror, screaming for his mother.
sometimes you just have to thank God that he made a way for you to even go on the seven day cruise and stay in a suite with a Butler really I'm sorry that you did not have good service you paid for but still be blessed and be humble it could have been worse
