A great cruise

Sail Date: November 08, 2007

Reviewed: 6 years ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Oceanview

The ship is great! Has just about everything one needs. Besides the usual swimming pools and hot tubs, it has ping pong tables, a card room, library, driving range to name a few. Looks faily new.

Pros: Service, entertainment

Cons: Food quality in main restaurants

Recommends Norwegian Star? Yes!

Cabo San Lucas, Mexico
Beautiful city. The bus tour was a bit better. Goods are generally expensive. You can get better deals in San Jose a few miles away.
Don't Miss: Good mexican food.

Acapulco, Mexico
City is great but the shore excursion was a rip-off. It was poorly planned. We spent 45 minutes waiting to board a bus. Too much time at expensive shopping establishments where they seem to get a commission.
Puerto Vallarta, Mexico
Beautiful city. Don't take the bus tour. It is expensive and waste of time. Downtown is easily accessible by taxi. Goods are expensive. You can get better deals in LA.

Nice stop. We took a bus tour. Visited the island. Make sure you take your swimming suit and towels when you visit the island. Food was good.
