Sail date: July 14, 2007

Ship: Norwegian Star

Cabin type: Oceanview

Traveled as: Couple

Review summary

The ship was beautiful, large and very clean. Our room was nice and the bed comfortable. The public areas were very clean. We never did use a public restroom that was dirty. Everything was easily accessible. Loved the decor.

Loved the town. Ate a Annabelles. Excellent food.
Don't Miss: Jet boat back country.

Prince Rupert, British Columbia

Again we did not have enough time to enjoy the locals. Would have liked to have had time to visit the town.
Don't Miss: The lighthouse tour and whale watching

Skagway, Alaska

Again not much time to take in any of the local color. The train ride was nice but the stop at Liarsville and the panning for gold was a waste.

Juneau, Alaska

The fishing. Did not have time to take in all the sites.
Don't Miss: Fishing

Pros: Almost everything. Can't pick just one.

Cons: The constant cover charge on everything.
