Norwegian lost us as customers on this cruise. The ship was full of sick people and we were quickly among them. The staff was butt hurt cry babies that offered no real help and when you got upset over their inability to assist you they call security to threaten you and accuse you of things you never did.

NCL’s Shore Tours ( although well organised and usually relevant to best tourism interests) are very expensive and in most destinations you can organise your own activities at a third of the cost and based on local advise and maps provided when you disembark. Taxis are always available. Local bus or tram services are cheap and efficient.
