Was very clean. Was a little difficult to get around depending on where your room was. One dining room was in middle of ship and we couldn't take the middle elevator to get to our room. Had to go to the back of the ship to get there.

the staff on the spirit was very rude first of all, they all looked liked they was doing you a favor instead of you being there so they can please you. my state room was cleaned 4 out of 7 days, just 2 towel animals all week. Comforter on my bed had blood stains on it (just gross) buffet (raffels) was very dirty, i guess not cleaned too often. last day on cruise all they want to do, is just get you of the ship, because no one is buying that many drinks, i guess? please listen to me, book a cruise on carnival or rccl. much better option

Great with efficent staffs. Well plan shows. Really care about the safety.

The ship was in good condition. The staff did not go out of its way to acommodate any request. I think it is the free-style cruising, and the fact that tips were not on their minds, since it was built into the bill.

Bermuda was great - superb beaches....

With this being my first cruise I was overwhelmed by the size of the ship. Once inside I was very impressed with the decor and the overall atmosphere. The ship was very clean and the crew was very friendly

I went on the royal caribbins and loved the ship it was the libbity of seas. A much bigger ship and a lot more to do on the ship. It was better organized then the sprit. Although the cleaning staff was very good. My kids loved the ship and had fun. My 9 year old did not do the kids club so he hung out with ma and dad most of the time. and played ping pong and whet swimming in the kids pool. If I was to go again I would want to not be on the ship for 2 days I would much rather 1 day on the ship and then on an Iland. 2 days is to long on a ship. Beamuda was very nice I love the Iland. I would want a much bigger ship next time. You need a verity to do on a ship to make your vacation nice. Over all we had a nice time. Thanks You! BJ'S.

Overall, I thought it was a good experience- relaxing, good food and entertainment. I liked spending three nights in Bermuda. There was not much to do in Dockyard in Bermuda but we hit the beautiful Bermuda beaches every day.

We loved Bermuda but were very disappointed in the overall food and service on the ship. The waiter/waitress s hounded us for drinks on the decks but the diniing room waitstaff seemed inconvienced when asked for drinks/tea etc. We definately didn't see many smiles from the stafff. I also didn't appreciate paying the service fees up front I feel good service should be rewarded with tips if the staff thinks they are being rewarded before good service what do they have to be exceptional for.

Very clean, all staff was pleasant and helpful.

Overall the ship was average, We have been on 12 cruises before and this one was not our favorite

The ship was beautiful and clean, easy to find your way around. Stateroom furnishings were a little worn, but not too bad. Public areas very new looking and nicely decorated.
