Review summary

We loved Bermuda but were very disappointed in the overall food and service on the ship. The waiter/waitress s hounded us for drinks on the decks but the diniing room waitstaff seemed inconvienced when asked for drinks/tea etc. We definately didn't see many smiles from the stafff. I also didn't appreciate paying the service fees up front I feel good service should be rewarded with tips if the staff thinks they are being rewarded before good service what do they have to be exceptional for.

No midnight buffet was a disappointment the chocolate buffet was served cafetaria style I prefer fancier, also the ice cream machines were manned by staff and very chinzy

Balcony rooms were awesome quad were inadequate basically they were a triple with a mattress under the bed not equal bedding for 4 people splitting the bill
