Review summary

Very bad impression left. Arriving in Venice port 09,12,2016 brought us a lot of nerve and a loss of 884 euros. Because of you we were late for the plane flight and we had to buy new tickets.

been absent in the cabin small sofa, air conditioner did not work. Only on the third time, our treatment deficiencies were corrected. My wife and I had the silver status, but my wife did not give him immediately, only after an invitation to a party officer changed her status
