Cruised the western & eastern caribbean on the Spirit.  Ship was smaller but just the right size for us. Food was very good.  The main buffet and dinning rooms were good.  The optional $$$$$$ were also good.  Crew was friendly and helpful, especially our room porter, WIN was exceptional. Problems were the cost of gifts and drinks.  A glass of wine and a beer was just under $20. including mandatory 18% tip. A ship tour was $79. (other cruises we have done were free).  All tours were very expensive, most were over $120.. The worst was BRENT the so called shopping guru.  We went to the shopping in port seminar, which we assumed was for real shopping, everything was for Diamonds International, which I am sure paid him a healthy commission. My warning is do not go based on price only

Cabin / Stateroom
a little small but comfortable, great service by WIN
Embarkation and Disembarkation
too many tender only
Ship Quality
very clean, easy to get about
Destinations and Excursions
to many tender only, could not stop in grand cayman, very expensive
Onboard Activities just so so. a lot of them were $$$$$$$$
all was very good
Service and Staff
good knowledge good service
Food and Dining
great variety
