Worst trip ever

Sail Date: January 02, 2016

Traveled As: Family (older children)

Room Type: Inside

Cabin: 6059 and 6061

Misleading information about the alcoholic beverage package, very rude and unprofessional Bar Manager, pool is cold, hot tubs should be called "warm tub", communication is so lacking, they try everything to get your money for no reason, alcoholic drinks were so expensive and very poor quality. Our stop at St.Thomas was supposed to be from 8am-3pm, and it we ended up waiting for clearance and needing a shuttle to get to and from shore so it ended up to be from 11am-1pm only with no apology or compensation. I'd advise you to never get on that cruise.

The only highlight was the housing keeping gentleman who was nice and friendly as well some of the customer service desk.

Cabin / Stateroom
very basic and small, mattress is horrible
Embarkation and Disembarkation
Ship Quality
Onboard Activities
Children's Programs
Food and Dining
Port Canaveral, Florida
Nassau, Bahamas
Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas
didn't have any time to see anything as they waited for clearance and needed a shuttle to and from the dock, we had only 2 hours off shore
Tortola, British Virgin Islands
just the beach and snorkling

Just don't book this cruise ever, not worth the money or the time
