Review summary

The ship was very clean and the staff is friendly. There is plenty to do on the ship so don't waste your money on those shore tours, just go out on your own and come back to the ship on your own.

Quincy Market is pretty nice, and Del Sol is an awesome store.

If you are on the cruise that also goes to Boston and Martha's Vineyard, and you go to the "shopping" talk given on the ship, they will tell you to go to a store named Del Sol in Halifax but don't. There is a bigger and better Del Sol in Boston which you will be at anyway.

Pros: The freedom to do whatever we wanted

Cons: The cost of the shore tours through Norwegian which are not worth it
