NCL staff at NYC port were disrespectful to customers. After pre-registering on-line and obtaining confirmation no., stood in line 2 &1/2 hours and was turned away to go to desk & get tkts- more waiting. Our travel companions in front of us with exact same info were allowed to board ship We were yelled & screamed at by NCL staff! NCL staff aboard ship was friendly and eager to please. This was our 3rd cruise with NCL - will be our last!!!

Liked this port the least.

Pros: Touring at the individual ports

Cons: Leaving out of NYC port was a nightmare; NCL staff yelled and screamed and herded customers as if they were cattle being herded into a stall. Stood in line 2 &1/2 hours at NYC port to embark - after pre-pregistering on-line & obtainign confirmation no.,was turned back to go to desk and obtain tkt

Recommends Norwegian Spirit? No.
