Review Summary
My family and I went on the 'Sun' at Spring Break last year and had a wonderful experience with excellent overall service, food, and entertainment. By contrast, this recent Spring Break cruise on the 'Spirit' was very disappointing. The ship was attractive enough, but the service crew appeared under-motivated and lacking in organization. This was especially evident at the main restaurant, Windows. The menu selection appeared limited compared with our experience on the 'Sun' as well. It was very difficult to make reservations at specialty restaurants in prime time (between 6:30PM and 8:30PM) for any size party . The entertainment was especially poor and amateurish in comparison with the professionalism on the 'Sun'. In general, it was hard to believe that the two ships are part of the same line.Ports of Call
