We found that we do not care for this method of travel due to its confinement. We do not gamble nor did we participate in the ships activities except for the shows. I enjoy dancing but my husband does not.

We dined exclusively at Raffles. It got a little boring after a while. A different menu would have helped. We also enjoy foods with more robust flavor which this food lacked. The quantity was good, the quality was deficient.

We attended the shows and one evening in the Gallexy. The singer was great in the Gallexy. For the most part the shows were entertaining.

The two young men who cared for our room were exceptional. Every one was courteous and helped us immediately.

The cleanliness was excellent, however, I question the necessity of the hand spray. As a nurse we do not rely on this method of infection control since it is NOT as effective as scrubbing with soap and water.

Please provide softer mattresses and pillows. These were so uncomfortable for someone with arthritis. A balcony is a requirement to prevent claustiphobia.
The seas were rough but we went out on the boat to look for whales anyway. Didn't see any but the ride was exciting. The stores were not set up to sell to tourists, no souviners to purchase---and none in the ship for this port either. The salesman in the cafe was extremely nice.
No tour since we had been here before but we enjoyed walking around at our own pace, visiting Paul Reveres home, and eating in Little Italy. This freedom was what we valued the best.
