The ship was old but clean.

is dirty, service went form excelent to poor, crew was friendly except on barman, things broken in our room, dirty windows, light fixtures, poor service in Italin restarunt do not see the value for what we paid.

The service and accomodations were excellent. The food quality was well below the food on RCL

we found the food very poor. I ordered fish in the main dining room and the smell of the fish made me sick. You could tell it was well beyond fresh. they brought a piece of meat and baked potato. The meat was so tough I could not cut it. the potato was cold. I then went to the 11th deck and tried a pork chop. It was so dried out I couldn't cut it. the only food that was eatable was the stir fry and the omlet. The waiters were fine and tried to do a good job but it must have been hard with all the complaints

My wife got food poisoning on this ship within 24 hours. Ship was okay but the front desk staff were not helpful. Not a very good value based on all reasons to take a cruise.

I was expecting more from NCL and was disappointed in both the condition of the ship and food.

Very relaxing - just what we needed. Crew very friendly and helpful.

Good for the price. It's a little bit dated but not bad for a first timer. Take advantage of the $149 unlimited photograph option. Get dressed up and takeictures every night. Well worth it.

We enjoyed the Cruise.

I would recommend this ship if you want a relaxing cruise and not really interested in ship activities or entertainment as the ship lacked that. The entertainment was repetitive and lacked variety and is more catered toward an older crowd over 50.

I have cruised before with Royal and with Carnival, but unfortunately I have to say that this is at the bottom of the list. I guess it's ok if you want to get away for a few days, but don't expect much. The staff that took care of our cabin was not always willing to assist, the bed was made pretty much by throwing the comforter on top without any care. When asked for assistance there were quite a few staff members that acted annoyed. Others, many, I have to say, had a serious language barrier and hardly spoke or understood english. The food was the lowest quality I have ever had in a cruise. In general it was an OK experience. If you want to get away for a couple of days, might work, but I would not try more than that . . .

The Sky is the oldest ship of the fleet and it shows

The staff acted like they didn't care if you were there or not, just give me the money. Carpeting stained, only had a towel animal 1 night, staff scurrying to help passengers but appeared to be short staffed.

the ports were very low keyed, as a whole. The shows were just average.

Four of us who took the trip wish we would have been told ahead of time that this was a "smoking permitted" ship..just tell people ahead of time so that they can choose a different cruise, as we would have.

Wow it is a huge ship.. The ship is beautiful.

Overall impression of the ship is good and modern, but layout is confusion that most people cannot find the way easily.

Nothing was organized, we almost missed an excursion because we didn't get notice that the time had changed. The food and service in the main dining room was not up to par so we had to pay to eat in a premium restaurant each night. The ship was older and smelled musty. We spent too much money on board due to inconveniences and poor organization on the part of Norweigian. The only great thing to rave about was the staff....all the guys at il Adagio were amazing!

Overall the cruise was excellent. This was my first NCL cruise and I will travel NCL again. Freestyle was excellent, however it doesn't allow you to establish a relationship with your dining room staff and some other key staff members as other cruises and I missed that. Fee-based restaurants were excellent. The Easy-Off Debarkation process was great. Also, I never waited in a line, except to ride the tender to the private island; no lines are a plus for me!
