Very clean and staff was extremely professional especially Lilly, Reginald and Ray at the bar.

I had never been on a cruise ship before, and didn't know what to expect, but I loved everything! People warned me the rooms and bathroom was small and especially the shower, but I was prepaired for much smaller than what we had. I thought the size was fine.

The ship was clean but smelled like human waste many times even at sea.

I liked the party vibe this ship had. It always had some fun dance or happening event going on in the evenings. If you wanted to go \"out\" for the evening there was always something to do somewhere on the ship and something for everyone. If you liked hip upto date music it was there. If you liked lounge music it was there. If you liked a show and dinner it was there. If you liked a night in the casino it was there. Everyone was friendly.

Small pool on deck. Very crowded since it is arranged for "spring brake" party for most of the day and not allowing mature adults, families, and senior citizens to enjoy. Will need more careful selection of store vendors. We purchased a bag from Bijoux Terner and on our first usage, it was torn from the zipper area. Not related to any overloading; just a manufacturing error. We were not able to replace it since the store was closed during the arrival morning back to Miami. We called BT customer line; no one replied back to our voice mail. We called the next day, voice line said mailbox is full and can't take any messages further. Unfortunately, this affect NCL's customer satisfaction at the end.

ship service was great, pillows stinky, no free drinks at all. Not follow activity schedule.

I had the best honeymoon ever on Norwegian... It was clean the staff was great and very helpful thefood was amazing. I would definitely cruise with Norwegian again.

We were expecting everything to be a notch better than Carnival - but other than the "free-style" dining, it was almost EXACTLY like a Carnival cruise in every aspect.

Friendly personell like the ship cause is small and you ghet to know everyone. Do not like the idea of arriving to Bahamas on a sunday since monst of the stores were closed. Cruise Director did not made good entertaiment plan

We wanted to get away for a 3 day weekend for our Anniversary. We choose the Norwegian cruise line because it left on Friday and returned on Monday. Our room was very comfortable with a double bed. Our service was impecable. We had a wonderfull time on Stirrup Cay Island, the duty free shops had excellent values, the photography was amazing. We were able to get 3 different sets of professional portraits plus all our fun shots for a one price package deal. And of course we ate all day!! Top marks

Great ship for an adult vacation - doesn't have the bells and whistles of other ships but things that matter to me - food and entertainment - were great

The bathroom was smaller than expected, especially compared to other cruise lines. There were no amenities in the cabin, again unlike other cruises I have been on. Having to walk there the smoke filled Casino to get to the gift shop was very disappointing because I have trouble breathing where there is smoking. Over all it was a nice ship.

Overall it was a great short cruise. Me and my mom enjoyed the staff, they were extremely friendly and helpful, except Guest Services, isn't it funny? The GS representatives did not speak English very well and they did not went above and beyond to explain what the ship had to offer. We were always trying to find the information with the daily newspaper of the cruise( that was always out of stock on the shelf). Our native language is Portuguese and they would have any language, except Portuguese. But on the other hand, the staff and the food was amazing! The white Hot party was the highlight of the cruise!!

very clean, food was excellent, everyone was very friendly, apprieciate that stateroom was cleaned & towels replaced twice a day!

The ship was awesome. It was like a resort on water. Everything you needed was on the ship.
