We had the opportunity to cruise in a suite and it was awesome. Found the deal on Cruises Only balcony and suite offers. The concierge service on the Norwegian Sky was great. One becomes pretty spoiled with all the perks when traveling in a suite. Will definitely continue to keep an eye out for these great deals.

The trip was wonderful but the Concierge service was terrible--same sheets throughout the whole trip and they had the nerve to charge us $260 for the service!

He got paid for doing nothing but changing towels--That made me Mad!

The last stop we couldn't get off the Ship cause the weather was ba--I kinda felt gipped!  Other than that the trip was nice!

This cruise is perfect for people who have never cruised before or just want a quick getaway.  The cost of the cruise and airfare was very reasonable.  We had a balcony room- smaller than a typical NCL balcony room and the balcony door is an actual door and not a sliding one like most NCL ships have.  Some of the public areas (Dazzles) had a funky dirty feet smell, but otherwise the ship was very clean.  Service was very good- our room steward was wonderful as well as the Cruise Director and his staff.  Overall the food was very good.  The buffet has a strange set-up- you need to go out of the buffet to get to the pizza and pasta stations.  There is a great outside garden cafe on the back of the boat where you can sit and eat and be away from mega crowds in the buffet. This is a cruise for people who like to stay up late and have fun!  I would do this cruise again as a quick vacation for low cost.

Everything was good, the food was excellent, I especially enjoyed the freestyle dining in the cafe on Friday with the whole roasted pig(do it again). the entertainment was excellent and Director Tyler was great. Our inside stateroom service was excellent (thanks William). Overhaul it was a pleasant and quiet getaway for my wife and myself... thanks  0126.

Wonderful experience!!!!!! Great Balcony cabin, awesome food and drink, server Zharissa was the BEST!!!!! Need more outlets in the cabins, otherwise no complaints. 

Great job Norwegian, I'll see you next year! Food and service were excellent. I felt welcomed and cared for. The ship was really clean and my room was really clean too.

The cruise was wonderful and I cannot praise every member of your staff enough.  They were so helpful happy and friendly.  The food was out of this world and the choices were catered for everybody. Every staff member we spoke to loved working for Norwegian which says it all.  I thought the state room was a little small compared to another cruise I had taken in the past but I didn't spend any time in there anyway except to sleep.  I missed having a different towel animals in our room and only got one photo this cruise of a cute dog.

   I would love to cruise with Norwegian again in the future. Wonderful fantastic didn't want it to end!!!!!!

My son luggage was lost even though it was clearly tagged. When we were checking in we were told that the kids cabin didn’t need a credit card attached to it, as soon as we left Miami the kids were not able to get beverages with the cards. My husband went to the guest services and provided credit card to link to the kids room, the cards worked for 1 beverage and then he had to go to guest services again and again and again this went on for all of the days we were on the ship. We got a letter on the door mu husband went to guest services each time to provide the credit card information again and again and again. There was always an issue when at the bar for drinks either you can only get one drink at a time at one bar, at another I was asked how many drinks did I want. I witnessed many people using other family members drink cards however, when I asked my 24 year old daughter to get a drink for me she was told “next time have your mother come get her own drink” very rudely. To be honest I found my interaction with almost all of the bar tenders to be very unpleasant they were rude and very dismissive to the people of color. I didn’t however notice any problems with the people of non-color using each other cards, or getting multiple drinks at a time. The lines and wait time was extremely long, when you get back to you table with your drink your food is cold. If you stayed at the bar and had a conversation and ordered a drink you were told that you have to wait 15 minutes between drinks or you would be charged to your personal credit card for the drink.  I’d like to provide a tip don’t offer a unlimited drink package and then have issues when the purchaser utilize it. I did not like that the children had to come to the bar to get a beverage, add a section for non-alcohol beverages. Maybe this ship was employees were so unpleasant due to all of the customer friendly employees on the new Nor weigh ship “ it looked better and had more to offer, and family friendly”. I had taken this same vacation last year 2014 and enjoyed it hindsight mostly because I didn’t have a drink package and was paying for each drink maybe however, I invited my entire family all 23 of us and told them they would have a great time and they did not each with their own unpleasant experiences. The hot tubs are always filled and there is only 4 of them very tiny not enough for the amount of people that were on that cruise. Very first day excursions cancelled “enough said”. It would be nice within the announcements to inform your passengers that they will need ID to get back to the ship in some ports and not others, first day Freeport no picture ID requested to return to the ship, second day Nassau stopped asking for picture ID everyone didn’t have it luckily I had mine and was able to vouch for my children. My mother was unable to disembark because she and my niece information was entered incorrectly…tell me how anyone can confuse a 70+ year old with a 20 year old “really”. I paid for ocean view cabin but we couldn’t see the ocean the windows were so dirty! I found the entire guest services to be sloppy the line was so long more time was spent trying to sort out issues then enjoying the vacation. The ventilation in the casino is not good there is so much smoke my eyes burned and teared the entire time I was in there. Overall not a pleasant experience I would suggest searching another cruise if you are planning for a family of 20 or more, especially if you are the one telling you family “you will love it” “ you will have the time of your lie” NOT!!! On the final day which was to be the highlight for our family reunion the weather present a problem with regards to disembarking, once the captain somewhat gave the all clear he was so un-enthusiastic the majority of our family was afraid to get off the ship so we were unable to take the family photo on the beach as planned, he sighed and sounded as if you get off the ship on to the smaller boats for transport you do it at you own risk for first time cruisers this was very frightening and did not provide any confidence in demarking. The camera crew on the ship were awful people in the background of our family photos, with a group as large as ours was the camera man went to another level on the ship to capture the picture but didn’t tell anyone so we were all looking for him and he is on another level snapping pictures while heads were turned, mouths open, family just not prepared, and no direction that is expected from a professional where to stand, how to pose, where to look, just awful.

Specialty restaurants were nice. Le Bistro the best.  Crew tends to stand around and, at some times, appear to be loitering, so service was not that great.  Our room had very wet carpet by the balcony door two of the days of the crew - clearly and on-going issue they have with this room.  One plug (seriously) in the entire room!  Drink ordering is very slow and bartenders could care less about how long you've been standing there.  That, coupled with the paper tickets to sign creates an ineffective process.  Overall, cruise was relaxing and food was good.

We did not like the Norwegian sky we were very disappointed  the food at the buffet  was the same thing every day . The restaurant food was not good a lot of it was very dry and seemed to be freezer burned . The bars were awful  we did the unlimited drinking package and it took for ever to get a drink and it seemed like the drinks were watered down we were so disappointed we probably wont be going on the sky again.

very relaxing, great weather, great time! loved the crew and the entertainment. I have cruised with Carnival before but am now a Norwegian fan too! great cruise for my kids. loved the family feud, deal or no deal, dancing with the stars, quest, bingo, comedian, dancing, drinks, pool, food and more! I highly recommend NCL to everyone!

Although we had fun, our first impression on check in was waiting on line in an antiquated area took one hour.

The food was not what we expected.  The staff was very helpful and the public places were updated, rooms were not.

We still had fun.

In short, had we not stayed in the penthouse suite, my rating would have been lower.  Priority on-boarding and off-boarding was worth its weight in gold.  Ship was nice, but there was not a whole lot for older teens to do.  That being said, my kids did not take advantage of the teen lounge, so take it with a grain of salt.  My boys did take advantage of the basketball court a few times.  Food was excellent.  Bartenders were iffy.  Different bars on board had different rules for getting drinks.  Some would let you get multiple drinks at once, others required 1 card for 1 drink.  I saw a bartender publicly ridicule some guest because he, evidently, didn't leave a tip.  At one bar, if you asked for a drink that they weren't familiar with, they just made something up and handed it to you.  (This happened to me twice.)  Great Stirrup Cay was a lot of fun since we spent the day snorkeling.  Getting drinks on that island from one of the few stands that served alcohol, however, was not fun at all!  Long lines!  Nassau was an endless stream of harassment.  We were there long enough to get on another boat to take us to our swim-with-the-dolphins shore excursion, which brings me to my next point.  I purchased 3 tickets from the Delta Cruises website to swim with dolphins.  The resort where this occurred was VERY nice...and deserted, which was awesome!  While there were about 10 other people that were there with us from our cruise ship, me and my 2 older children were the only ones that paid for swimming with them.  Upon arriving and seeing where the dolphin areas were, I was struck by how small the pen areas were for animals this size.  During the encounter, I started asking the employees questions and when I got home, I Googled the place.  Sure enough, this place is roiled in legal action against them for inadequate dolphin enclosures, documented skirting of proper permits, etc.  What started off seeming like the experience of a lifetime, now has me sick to my stomach for giving this place as much money as I did for these animals to live like that.  Please, Delta Cruises, please stop offering this shore excursion!  Outside of that, my family had a great time just being together for our inaugural experience on board a cruise ship!  Not sure I'd go back to this ship, but I definitely see another cruise in my future.      

Poor customer service. Bartenders were very unfriendly. Lines for food and drinks were very long. Customer service with most staff we encountered was very disappointing. I would not recommend this cruise line. 

I really enjoyed myself. The staff was impeccable, very friendly especially Ms. Dyna in the steakhouse.  We were treated excellent, and the food was great

This was my first experience with Norwegian Cruise Lines and I was extremely happy.  In fact, we've only been home two days and I've already booked another cruise with Norwegian for March 2016.  The Freestyle dining was a great option, the entertainment was fantastic, and other than the weather not cooperating and allowing us to get off the ship for our day at Great Stirrup Caye, we couldn't have asked for a better way to spend our first wedding anniversary.

Had a great time on ship & on the island's. Bummed the weather didn't permit to go on the private island. But totally enjoyed myself. I'm ready to go again, as soon as time permits. I highly recommend this trip. I would like a longer trip next time.

After going on the Breakaway in June and having a wonderful experience, we were looking forward to going on the Sky...what a disappointment!The food was cold and stale with not many choices as the Breakaway with not nearly the style or dedication to the guests that we had on the Breakaway, however, there were some things we enjoyed. The steakhouse was wonderful and the shows were great. I do not think we will go on a Norwegian cruise again for a long time

Cabin steward was excellent.  Dining was ok but the service was slow and could have been more attentive.  The meals were OK but was not stand outish.  Did not know that the Sky was the smallest ship of the fleet.  Guest services was excellent but some of the photographers appeared to want to be else where.  One was rude and did not want to service us.  We were the only one in line and he didn't even acknowledge our presence.  The entertainment was outstanding and a lot of fun.  All in all we enjoyed the cruise but compared to other cruises I've been on, this one would be on the bottom of the list.

This is a great trip for a long weekend get away. The weather was too windy for Great Stirrup Cay so the captain and crew planned a day at sea, so we took advantage of our Unlimited Beverage package.
