Freestyle cruising is the best. Loved that it was all-inclusive. I saw more intoxicated people on other cruises that weren't all-inclusive. The food was the best on this cruise. I would have given 5 stars, but the last day of the cruise our balcony was covered with paint chips and we couldn't use it.

I have traveled on NCL three times and each time this cruise line declines in service and maintenance of the ship. I have been on 13 cruises on various cruise lines. We did not meet our cabin steward until the third day of the cruise.  The glasses in the cabin were never changed and we had to ask for ice each day.  The beds were very uncomfortable.  The carpets in the hallway to our cabin had been wet and smelled bad.  The service in the dinning room was very slow and the food was not very tasty.  One positive thing to point out was the evening entertainment in the showroom.  That group of performers put forth a great deal of effort and I can't believe they could remember all the words and moves to all of the songs they performed.

Great time, nice crew. The whole experience was very easy from the time we were checking in till we got off, no long lines no waiting for something to happen. We got on board pretty much right away, got a drink, had a buffet meal  all while our rooms

I love this cruise. Very clean, great service. The food was delicious. Many activities to do. The cabin housekeeper was amazing and friendly. I will like to come back 

Overall, we enjoyed this cruise very much!   The service was excellent and the food was great in some venues and good in others.  The only thing we were disappointed in was that we could not leave the ship on the last day of the cruise to the Great Stirrup Island due to high waves.  Of course, this is not something any one could do anything about and we appreciate the concern for everyone's safety.

I would recommend NCL to my friends and I really think the All Inclusive (to include drinks) is a great idea!

We were very impressed with our cruise as first time we would do it again. Dream Vacations made it easy to plan, pay and set sail. The care and time our agent Neil Lazinsky put into out trip made it that much better. We loved the ship, the destination and the service Norwegian Cruise line had. It was a nice cruise.  It was All Inclusive which was really nice.  Although we did not dine in the main dinning room the first two days, the food was enjoyable.   We also enjoyed the Bahamas.  Our 3rd day, we had to stay at sea because of ruff weather in the Great Stirrup Cay. Overall, it was a fun and enjoyable trip.  A great party cruise for adults!!

The cruise was great.  No complaints regarding service and food.  The only disappointment was the fact that the ship malfunction, which caused the captain to make a decision to skip Great Stirrup Cay and go straight back to Miami.  Since this was my first cruise, I intended on purchasing souvenirs at Great Stirrup Cay, but since we were not able to go, no souvenirs were purchased.  I expected a credit or something based on the mishap, but nothing was given.

I was very disappointed.  This was our first cruise and we were not impressed.  The ship was beautiful, but there happened to be a lot of college age people and it was impossible for us older folks to get near the pool.  We purchased tickets to a tour of Nassau and was very disappointed in the area we visited.  It was a depressed area and not at all what we would have expected.  The second day on the private island we planned a kayaking adventure and that was cancelled due to weather conditions.  Although the ship and its accommodations were wonderful, I did not go on a cruise to stay at sea.  We will take another cruise, but probably no with your cruise line.

The boat seemed like it was one of the old boats, I've traveled on the Norwegian gem and it was so much better, the food was exactly the same everyday and tasted like processed and powdered juice. The air conditioner must have been on extra cold because the boat was freezing every day I had to wear long pants and a long sleeve shirt in order to enjoy myself. Because of the whether the private island  was canceled, they did not offer anything or plan anything special because of the cancelation they just carried on like nothing. After vacationing on the gem I thought there was no other way to vacation because it was great, but after vacationing with Sky I don't think I'll vacation on a cruise again, the boat seemed dull, nothing glamorous about it, I would consider taking a regular land vacation instead, this vacation was not worth it 

This was by far the best vacation I have ever been on. I do not have one single complaint about this cruise ship. The only thing I can say is that I went for 4 nights and I wish it were longer. There are endless activities to do on and off the ship and not enough time. We had the time of our lives. The Norwegian Sky Crew really has it down when it comes to making their guests happy and the entire staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The all inclusive drinks was definitely a plus as well. Like I said not one complaint. This was our first cruise and we are already planning our next one! if you have never been before choose this one, I promise you will not be disappointed! I cant wait to go back! 

Loved this cruise... 1st Norwegian that we went on.... we love to cruise, but don't like days at sea.... this was perfect..... wish there were more short cruises with ports each day.  The Sky is an older ship, but was still very nice..... Beds were amazing... slept like a baby..... I would take this ship again for sure.... Thanks for a great get away.....

I have always had a great experience on a Norwegian cruise! This was a short cruise for me this time but a very enjoyable one. The Sky ship was an older ship but very well kept in great shape. I enjoyed the full walking/running track some of the newer ships lack. It reminded me of the first cruise i was on the ship was Norwegian Majesty after it was lengthened 100 feet. The entire crew was great but the housekeeping & bar staff on this cruise I dealt with was outstanding. I enjoy the social feeling the ship brought out with the Unlimited beverage package on this trip. I will take more cruises with this all inclusive feature.

P.S. I wanted to give a 5 star rating but size & updates my room lacked. It is an older ship i understand.

* The site seeing personal on the bus ride at Freeport was 10 times more professional and informative than Nassau.

* The bus used at Freeport was better than Nassau, Good combination of Pinky and driver David as tour guides.

* The charges of daily room service charges surprised me, that should be included under the room rate.

* A few of our pictures remain on the cruise ship because we didn't have last minute immediate debit or cash available: How can I get the balance of pictures that remained??

*Overall a good experience.  

its a boat, it's all inclusive and it takes you to the Bahamas. Don't expect anything too fancy or state of the art new. It's fun and functional, I'd do it again.

this cruise was amazing, the crew was all the time happy, helpful and motivated.

We had so much fun! We loved the cruise so much we want to book it again. The food was great and the staff were so accommodating. We loved the private island! They really did a great job on the entertainment on the island. The white party was a blast and the band could really sing! 

This was our first cruise, also our honeymoon and we enjoyed every bit of it! The food was great! The unlimited free drinks is what made me book the cruise and it was worth it. The staff was lively and provided lots of shows on the boat. 

we arrived early, my husband and i had no assigned room.  (understood}.  after 2 !/2 hours, of being told that there were problems with the guests leaving,  we were assigned room 4303.  an extremely small room.  our steward , whom we never met,  was not consistent in bringing ice,  which we requested, via a note.  our last evening,  we did not get clean towels, nor face cloths.  we found the entire check in process unacceptabe,  considering the fact that rooms were available the evening before sailing.  when i asked for an upgrade due to the fact that this was disorderly, and frustrating, i was told that the ship was sold out.   after 3 Ncl cruises in 18 months,  and 9 cruises before "lattitudes", I will probably go back to Royal Caribbean.   so sorry.

I would give this cruise a 5 star until it was ruined on Wednesday night this man knocked me down with such great force that even my shoes came off and my glasses ended up behind my head. had to wait for the nurse to take me go the medical center where they did x rays and gave me a shot for pain also put me in a soft collar and told me I couldn't get off the ship on the private island. I was billed 563.00 for their services and spent most of my time trying to get it credited. thank God the manager of the casino was able to talk to higher ups and credit was made. I really feel I should have also received some kind of a reimbursement for my pain and suffering and for not being able to enjoy my last day and night on the SKY all due to an over intoxicated man that I was told was underage and even if not should have been shut off way before this accident happened. I should at least get a credit for one full day and night but feel I really deserve a free cruise due to all my pain and suffering. The doctor told me to get an MRI when I returned home so I was also in great stress wondering if I had any bleed especially in my head.  If this hadn't happened I would have to say this would have been the best cruise ever.
