It was ok ...... Chaney’s stake house was good ..... spa was horrible Very noisy during a bamboo massage and the during pedi and mani Treatment it was very disorganized and unprofessional

Norwegian is a good value for the money and a great way to get to Havana. Plan carefully and you'll have a wonderful time. Be kind to everyone you meet and you'll receive the same in return. Norwegian does a great job of keeping everyone happy. I would encourage everyone to try one of the specialty restaurants for a memorable evening.

A very enjoyable experience. Would use this Norwegian again. I cant say that for all cruise lines. Always something to do and food was fantastic. Staff was wonderful.

Had a great time. The staff was excellent. We enjoyed the food in the dining room and the specialty restaurants. We loved Cuba - wish we had more time there.

We enjoyed this trip tremendously. We have been recommending to everyone, and would definitely do it again, and will definitely be looking into another Cuba cruise with Norwegian for the future.

Overall this was the best weekend getaway that I've taken in a long time. If you're looking for a girls trip, bachelor bachelorette party or just fun weekend this is the cruise for you!

Overall its a good cruise if you want to see Cuba. The ship is clean, food is ok, booze is included. You should bring some change when walking around town. They only accept dollars and CUC which is Cuban money. It turned out their CUC is more expensive than dollars???? Is it because we are tourists???

A good getaway for culture & history seeking adults. Young adults seeking excitement may be disappointed. Two entire days in Havana is recommended.

Enjoyed the destination 😎👏🏾👍🏽, disappointed with the Norwegian Sky experience 😣☹️. Would not mind trying another updated NCL ship with better service, amenities and improved food qualities

We wanted to see Cuba before it gets back on the Do Not Visit list and we accomplished that. The ship was the means of getting there and back but was not special or very entertaining. We enjoyed the singers and dancers but the seating was crowded the way it is designed and should be redesigned. So I would recommend the cruise to someone with our same goals, not someone looking for an entertaining and enlightening ship.

It was an experience, but I doubt I will ever go on a cruise again. Just a little unnerving being out on the ocean like that. My first large cruise ship cruise. I have been on a paddleboat cruise in the Columbia River. That was very enjoyable.

Cruise was very average. Food was mediocre. Not enough space on decks when at sea. Only saw the ship steward one time. entertainment was way below average. Shows were short and not very entertaining. Dining room service was extremely slow and choices were very repetitive. The Palace dining room was so hot and no air flow. Desserts in the dining room were good. Food quality needs to improve. Didn;t like that bottled water had to be purchased.

Visiting Cuba was great however the ship was not up to par. WE would choose another ship to make this trip. We must say the crew was very friendly and accommodating.

The Cuba experience was incredible! We thoroughly enjoyed it. Seeing all the old cars, the beautiful (but sadly, decaying) architecture, was like a 70 year old step back in time!

Going to Cuba was a good experience. We selected this cruise because we did not want to stay in a hotel. NCL was the only cruise line we could find that spent overnight and basically 2 full days in Havana. We arrived about 8 AM the first day and left at 5 PM the second day. The first day we took a tour which was a good overview. The 2nd day we went on our own. We had lunch in the Hotel National which was very good and I recommend it. REMEMBER you cannot use a US credit card in Cuba. Many places will not accept US money but there are money changers. If you want to go to Cuba, this is a good way to go.

We honestly didn't like the cruise ship as is an older one so we wish we could gone in a newer one but maybe next time if we plane it in advance. Service was great and our Princess had an amazing time on her Birthday so we are thankful Marcelo surprise her with a welcoming treat when we arrived in our cabin and cake on her birthday.

I had an issue with the pool changing the colors of my shorts. The customer service person took a report and was extremely rude. She said, nobody else complained about the pool and defended the ship and the chlorine levels. What a way to take responsibility!

I think this is a good ship and perfect for the Cuba experience. I can't imagine a larger ship docked at the port in Havana. I really had a great time as always with Norwegian. They hire the best cruise staff.

My son and i had great time on the Sky. There was plenty to do or not do and we enjoyed the unplugged time! We had great fun at the shows and listening to the bands at the Atrium Bar. CUba was his choice and we were both fascinated. We thoroughly enjoyed our day at the cay

Overall, I had a great time in cuba. Wish it was longer but just enough to give me the option of going back again. The private island in Bahamas was a great way to unwind prior to our return to Miami. Beautiful beach!!
