Review summary

I had an issue with the pool changing the colors of my shorts. The customer service person took a report and was extremely rude. She said, nobody else complained about the pool and defended the ship and the chlorine levels. What a way to take responsibility!

Bahaha. Watching people swim for hours drinking cocktails and never getting out to go to the bathroom 😂 I just finished dinner and thinking about it is making it difficult to keep my dinner down 😂

Bigdogmarco they pump and filter fresh sea water in but they also have to use chemicals. Without going into detail, the sea water won’t kill all the nasty stuff that finds it way into the pool. The chemicals do. 😂 I try not to think about it 😂

My husband and I got into the hot tub on the carnival fantasy. He got a really bad chemical burn on his nether regions. It didn’t affect me 😂 I don’t think we have laughed so hard since. It sucked so bad for him for a little while walking like a duck destine cream caked on. 😂 Bad things happen all the time but how we react and handle those things are up to us. Sometimes life throws you curve balls. Sometimes you gotta throw curve balls back. It was our favorite cruise (honeymoon no kids)

If nobody complained but you, then that is a valid statement for her to make. Did you ever consider that your shorts were the problem and not the pool? As far as your other issues, cruising is not for everyone. If you cannot create your own fun, my suggestion is that you find another form of vacationing that meets your needs.
