Enjoyed the destination 😎👏🏾👍🏽, disappointed with the Norwegian Sky experience 😣☹️. Would not mind trying another updated NCL ship with better service, amenities and improved food qualities

Dinning room was nice, clean and ambience was good. Food was a hit and miss in terms of quality, taste and temperature. Wait staff was not very attentive, in most case.
Buffets was good in the of options and variety, but food not very hot, lukewarm at best.
Onboard Activities

For the number of people on the ship, options and varies was extremely limited. With approximately 2,000 travelers on board, there was only three small pools available, and five hot tubs that could hold approximately 25 people. Fitness center was small and unappealing. No other daytime intertainment of interest was available.
Entertainment

Stage intertainment was the winner for the cruising experience. Dancers and singers were very good. So was the comedy entertainer.
Some of the lounge singers were also good. The dance competitions were entertaining.

Had no children with us.
Service and Staff

Room steward service was good. Bartenders were also good. Dinning room wait staff were overloaded and not very attentive. Some evening were better than others.

Design and decor were outdated. Ship’s cleanliness was very good.
Cabin / Stateroom

Was clean, functional, bed size was adequate for my wife and I. Shower was a bit tight which was to be expected on cruise ships.
Ship tip
Do not. Chose another NCL, more modern and larger.
The port experience was better than anticipated and smooth in that entry though immigration was less time consuming than expected.
The tour of the “Old & New Havana” by bus was educational. Oscar, our tour guide, was chock full of information and made multiple stops throughout the tour. We highly recommend this 3 hour tour and hopefully having Oscar as your tour guide.
