Review summary

Pretty good. I have been on about seven or more cruises. I have been on five different cruise lines and this was the least favorite one. I enjoyed the free drinks.

Room was not cleaned good. The bathroom was not cleaned good it smelled of urine, mirror and sink wasn’t clean. Bed whasn’t made up properly and bedroom wasn’t tidy. Never saw any animals on the bed. This service continued for the duration of the trip. The worst room service of 5 cruise different cruise lines I have cruised on. Other services on the ship were just fine.

Hope it doesn’t put you totally off NCL, we sail their ships frequently, the SKY is their worst ship by far... Doesn’t remotely compare with the other NCL ships we’ve sailed.
