Although I had read a lot of mixed reviews of this ship, I decided to go in with an open mind and I was thoroughly pleased. Embarkation was quick, debarkation quicker, stateroom clean (no towel animals 😕), food was flavorful, and a few activities offered within short trip.

The drinks on this ship were the best! First time on Norwegian and I must try a larger ship. I had a really nice time on my cruise to Cuba! Can’t wait for the next cruise!

Overall we had a great time and would do this cruise again. It's a great introduction to cruising.

Best short cruise ever. Excellent specialty restaurant (steak house, french and Italian) at very reasonable price and all inclusive cruise. Also the NCL free style cruise is a plus.

We will definitely cruise NCL again. They made our first cruise better than we could imagine!!!

Most awesome cruise to Havana, Cuba and Great Stirrup Cay. All staff was wonderful. Food and drinks were perfect. I was a first time cruiser and will definitely only cruise NCL again. Our trip to Havana was awesome. Did not use Cruise Excursion. Hired a private guide and driver. Much cheaper then cruise excursion and we went EVERYWHERE. Our guide has tremendous knowledge of past history and traditions. We will never forget them and our most awesome tour. Also had an exquisite meal in Havana that night. We were the last ship to dock Havana before the newest embargo. My heart goes out the the people who set up their new businesses in Cuba.

Took my sister on her 1st cruise for her 50th birthday on the NCL Sky from Miami. From entertainment, to open bar, stateroom to itinerary we had fun. This was my 3rd time on this ship and the embarkation as well as debarkation was smooth and quick. They actually now do facial recognition on board via customs at the end of the cruise for a quicker debarkation process

Overall we had a great time and created memories that will last a lifetime.

This cruise would be great for younger folks who want to drink and party for a weekend. I had never been on a cruise so thought that booking a short cruise would be a good idea, and I did learn a lot about whether or not cruising is for me (it is, with some conditions). The room switching debacle was preventable with some forethought by NCL, and if you're going to move someone to another room at 10:30 at night, you better upgrade them, not downgrade. I don't see myself booking another NCL cruise.

I really enjoyed this cruise. The staff was extremely nice. Buffett options better on this cruise line than others. There is a pub style restaurant that offers delicious wings in the back of the ship. Never crowded, don't think many people knew about it. Plenty of bars open. Room steward was excellent, remembering my complicated name for 4 days goes a long way. Dining room staff professional and friendly. We did not go to the private island due to weather but docked in the Bahamas a day earlier and over night. Love that!! Room was really nice and clean.

I wouldn’t change a thing about this particular cruise, it was a beautiful getaway and they made us feel welcome

Clean ship, well crewed, amazing ambiance (day/night).

I took the cruise to see Cuba and I’m glad I did. The Sky was not my favorite ship, but even if everything wasn’t great, I enjoyed myself but will try a different cruise line next time.

The best! We enjoyed every minute of this ship and will be sailing again soon

Disgusting for everything don’t good on this ship the all crew is unprofessional and on any questions only can answer with excuses is the small ship and don’t have everything, the food is disgusting and my room is dirty and never I travel again with Norwegian cruise line... don’t go don’t waisted money. Worst experience on my life never never never never againnnnnnnnn

Let me start by saying we had a great time no matter what because we always make the best of everything. The trip was still amazing and loved all of our stops BUT overall very dissatisfied with NCL First the room was super tiny (we knew that it was a small ship so we were expecting that) but they did not make good use of the space they had. The Closet was mostly hanging space only and honestly could have been designed way better as well as utilizing the space in the vanity sitting area. The Steak house dinner that we pay extra for was Ala cart (most ships it is a flat extra fee per person) All other ships have Lobster in the steakhouse and I had my heart set on lobster.. they did not have have it at all. I did end up with Prime Rib and it was good however the Truffle Mashed Potatoes tasted like pure garlic couldn't even eat them. And Lobster Bisque that was full of rosemary and not very good at all. Not worth the 90.00 Dinner bill for the 2 of us. Honestly Texas Roadhouse is better. On a luxury cruise I would have expected far better service and overall food quality. Also the other dinners and breakfasts in the main dining room (that is included) were lacking we spent an average of 2 hours to eat each meal. NOT OK when I spoke with the Maitre D he apologized and that evening we had some very sad looking strawberries sent to the room. The food all over the ship was honestly lacking had little to no flavor, or was just plain gross. I would rather have had applebee's at home. The We did get assigned a special server after that anytime we were in the main dining room however you should NOT have to have a special server to get good service. We were the 2nd ones in dinner one night and watched everyone show up after us get orders and food and we were still just sitting. Getting off the Ship in key west was another ordeal all together US customs requires everyone on the ship to go through another security check again even if you are not getting off. OK no biggie HOWEVER NCL did an absolutely terrible job of organizing it. We were sent back and forth all over the ship in what can only be described as pure chaos. They had 1 lady trying to cover the entire ship. NONE of the other employees of NCL had any idea what was going on or where to send people. There were literally lines circling around going to no place. NO organization or anyone to try to fix or direct anyone. over 2000 people huddled up all confused was a nightmare. The US customs was late getting on the ship BUT NCL should and could have managed the situation way better. We ended up getting off the ship and practically running to get to the other side of the bay to go on the excursion that we had booked through NCL. Getting off the ship in Cuba was easy But getting back off in a US port a complete nightmare. The "Show" on the ship left much to be desired. That is one of Curtis Favorite parts is watching the shows. we were only able to catch one (due to how long dinners took) and it was just OK. The Ship was recently remodeled (as in the end of FEB) so we were one of the first ones to see the redo and honestly the stage was crap. We were able to catch the Comedian one night and he was just OK not up to the level of entertainment that we have come to expect on a cruise. Even In Cuba when a RC ship was also in port they had nice branded signs out directing the people where to go .. NCL had pieces of paper handwritten stuck with tape to the windows. Curtis and I went to the art show on board and it drug out forever because the guy did not have enough help setting out the art and changing it as needed. The guy also did not know how to handle the pain in the ass ladies who kept making him stop in the middle to talk to them personally. It felt to me like the NCL was just a Great Value Brand Cruise. Had it been our first cruise I probably would have liked it better but knowing how it SHOULD be and seeing how lacking it was left a very bad taste in my mouth. That said We did have a Fantastic Bartender that became our go to guy. The drinks were Great and NONE were watered down as some people will say. It very well could be that the issues we had are just because it is such a small ship, if that is so then NCL has done a piss poor job of training its staff and it needs an overhaul as well. We will stick to Carnival. If you made it this far Congrats this is the end lol

Very small ship with great itinerary. There was not a lot to do on the Norwegian Sky but since it was a short trip it was fine. The food was good but the staff was excellent. Very attentive and friendly.

Havana Cuba was deplorable. I wouldn't even go back there if it was a free trip. Did the cigar & rum excursion in Havana. They bring you to a sweatshop where about 170 Cubans rolling cigars in one huge room. Sitting side by side. Yes it was interesting to see how it was made but if you have even a small purse on you they make you leave it at the door. Nothing inside, no phones no pics. I kept my money and passport in my pocket and left my phone on the bus. Dog poop in the streets all over. Rotting trash everywhere. This place was the pits. To go to cuba it cost you $150 a couple to get a visa. It's required. Terrible place. The Sky was nice, clean, updated. Key west and great stirrup Cay was really nice. Entertainment on the sky was lacking. Food was average.
