Except Mr Brosco (in charge) at The Palace dining room, we were sitting by Le Bistro door right next to the crew station and he was outstandingly rude and condescending, not with the passengers but with the crew. When I mentioned something, he offered us to move to another table and my reply was simply ‘’why don’t you stay away from us and the crew’’. I’ve been working in the service industry for over 25 years now and I know the pressure of a job like that represents and he is far from being qualify for that position. After he walked away, other tables around and the crew thanked us for stepping up for them.
