Overall we had an enjoyable cruise and enjoyed our ports of call, we just hope their dining service improves. I felt safe in Cuba and would not hesitate to go back to explore some more.

Pretty good. I have been on about seven or more cruises. I have been on five different cruise lines and this was the least favorite one. I enjoyed the free drinks.

We thoroughly enjoyed the day and a half in Havana and were only mildly disappointed that the stop in Great Stirrup Cay was eliminated. The buffet was great. We did not feel attracted to much of the entertainment or other on board activities.

The cruise to Cuba overall was great. Actually stepping foot on land and interacting with the citizen and seeing the culture was awesome. The ship and staff were great. They didnt have a full ship as a lot of entertainment was empty //

Visiting Havana was fantastic! Otherwise this cruise was really subpar. The ship is small and tight but it was well maintained and clean. But the service fell short. None of the staff presence and gracious welcoming attitude we’ve become accustomed to on other cruises. No announcements directly from the captain until he delivered the disappointing message that we would not be going to the private island. The greatest disappointment was the food. It was institutional, lacked culinary creativity and tasted right out of the bag/box. Despite the best efforts of dining room waiters, the food was very slow coming from the kitchen. Not at all what we have experienced on other cruise lines. (We did enjoy the upcharge sushi) I could go on and on noting things that just made us shake our heads. All in all- this cruise was a huge disappointment for the price. We won’t sail Norwegian again. Loved Havana though.

Stirrup Cay was canceled (weather), however at my opinion weather was perfect. You can check - 10/26/2016 Stirrup Cay. This means I payed for flight and cruise just to seat at over crude small pool.

Overall visiting Cuba was a dream come true. It was like traveling 50 years back. The old cars and buildings. A lot of history . Wish could have made the last stop.

I thought the ship was great! It is an older ship, but the rooms were very comfortable. We had a balcony room, which was a plus! I liked that there were not many children on this cruise. Cuba was awesome! We took a 6 hour tour in a 1957 chevy with an English speaking guide(through Blexie tours on Facebook), it was awesome and cost was 130cuc for the 4 of us,well worth it! All of the staff were very friendly from cabin steward to bar staff. Drinks were flowing, food was great! We did not go to Great Stirrup Cay. Our friends went, said it was nice, drinks were flowing and it was hot and rocky in areas of the beach. Definitely recommend this cruise!

This is a wonderful taste of Cuba-- if you've been curious and looking for the right cruise, this is it-- affordable (depending on when you go, I got an excellent deal in October!). As a solo traveler I felt absolutely comfortable and I was never board. I wasn't really impressed with the food, but there is plenty of it and lots of fresh fruit when you get sick of pastries. I looked at many Cuban trips (not all cruises) and it was never quite right-- this one gives you a full day and night and half the next day which is enough time to experience the flavor. I am not sure I am really a 'cruise person', but this Monday-Friday type trip was just right. Sitting on the top deck with a fruity drink in hand while the ship sailed out of Miami at sunset was awesome!

Smaller/older ship...but very comfortable . Enjoyed the unlimited beverages and did not have a problem getting drinks mixed like I wanted them. Would probably not go back to Cagneys...it was a disappointment.

Cruise went off without a hitch! We have been to the Bahamas before but really enjoyed relaxing on the ship!

This was a sisters getaway. Just de-stress from life for a few days, drink and enjoy the sun. We enjoyed the Bahamas area both days and just lounging in the sun, free drinks and relaxation.

Get ready to partyyyy. This will make you mad because you will wish you were on for an extra day. Very chill and whatever vibe on this ship. Hopefully it has been updated.

Been on the 3 day cruise Sky many times. We love the specialty restaurants for dinner while DS is in splash academy. Also breakfast at the Outdoor Cafe . We love Great Stirrop Cay...great snorkeling right off the beach! Nassau has plenty of different things to see and do you can visit multiple times and always do something different. Especially love John Watling's rum distillery, Pirate museum, forts, and Junkanoo World Museum. Great weekend getaway!

Great ship for a bachelor party. Easy to set up and don’t have to worry about buying drinks and food for a weekend. Would cruise again for a 3 or 4 day trip.

I finally got my mom and my sister on a cruise ship! Hooray! And we got to visit Havana, which was my mom's dream destination. It was a wonderful time.

I thought the ship was in good shape, plenty to do, the customer service was great. We did not do any of the specialty restaurants but I ate at the twice at the main restaurant and that was good both times. I really enjoyed Cuba, I get very anxious in a new place and I need a while to get my beari gs straight before I can figure out what I want to do or where I feel safe before I can truly take it all in. We did a 3 hours horse carriage tour during the day and went back for a little nightlife which was GREAT with the exception of currency exchange being closed at night and we were not sure where we could use American $ so decided to make it a short night but couls have spent the whole night out. The next day we just did some shopping and had lunch. My advice to fellow Americans, you are in a poor country, people want are $, be safe and respectfully decline whatever services they throw your way. Please note air conditioning is a premium luxery in Cuba and guess what?!? We are not in an English speaking country so try to understand, you may struggle a bit the people are so kind and helpful you will get through it! If I ever have the oppertunity to go back I will make some little bags to give to the poor I encounter with nessesaties.

Interesting.... There would be some things I would change such as the hotel stay (Red Roof Inn) and some of the crew (rude, mean lady that worked in Dazzles and the rude guy working the casino during the redemption points time frame). I didn't like that they did not tell you about the room fees upfront. Best to pay the $19.00 per day upfront with cash or they will suspend your account and send you a letter.

I traveled solo. It was an all-inclusive open bar cruise so there was plenty of drinks to go around, although no other solo travelers it seemed. I did a lot of people watching and participated in activities alone mostly, which I didn’t necessarily mind. Fun cruise but I’d bring friends next time. The shower in my inside cabin was a bit small.
