Overall we had an enjoyable cruise and enjoyed our ports of call, we just hope their dining service improves. I felt safe in Cuba and would not hesitate to go back to explore some more.

The food in the Buffet was disappointing compared to other cruise lines buffets we have experienced, The buffet was small and food was either cold or dried out. We went to the main dining room every night except one and the service was extremely poor, there was no head waiter or maître d’ available to talk to until the fourth day of our trip and she said she would look into our issues and get back to us, unfortunately we did not hear back from anyone. We went to a specialty restaurant one night and the food and service were excellent, it was unfortunate we had to pay extra to have good food and service on our cruise.

The waitstaff on the ship were not very good except in the specialty restaurants, our room steward and all other staff were great. It was unfortunate that one group “a bad light on our cruising experience.

The ship was clean and well-maintained, it is an older ship with a lot crammed in to the space they had available.

Our cabin was normal size crew ship cabin, we could have used more drawers to store personal items by possibly getting rid of the refrigerator

The plantation lounge has excellent sushi from 6 to 10 pm.
