Food was the same every meal in the dining room (with a few exceptions). I don’t like seafood (which was about1/2 menu). Chicken, beef and pork were dry and hard to chew. The in room television movies were extremely limited. I haven’t been on a cruise without movies on demand. Missed 3 ports due to weather. Choose this cruise to go to Antigua and we missed it. I thought the cruise was expensive but I choose it for visit to Antigua.

Overall very happy, but with all things when you pay a lot of money you have some expectations. Some of our expectations were not met. It does not mean I wouldn't cruise with NCL again but I would pay close attention to the packages and definitely look into another cruise line.

This was a last minute cruise that replaced our canceled trip to Israel. We got the last room. We knew the ship was small but it was smaller than the small ships we have been on on other lines and Norwegian. The room was a disgrace. We are used to amall inside rooms but the closet space was not acceptable especially for a 9 day cruise. It is very outdated. This ship should be used for a shorter cruise. We missed the ports of St. Maarten and Antigua due to tropical Storm Tammy. That was disappointing. we were rerouted to Nassau for two days and we were thankful that the weather was awesome. We took an excursion to Blue lagoon island and we loved the beach , water and food. We were thankful that we took this excursion because the next day after picking up our tender ticket the captain decided it was not safe to tender at Great Stirrup cay. we passed CocoCay , Royal Carribean's private island and they had two ships docked there. Norwegian needs to build a dock for boats to be able to park so there is not an issue with tenders. We lost 3 ports on this trip. We did have a awesome time anyway meeting people and cruising. A plus for Norwegian is the 50 dollar perk for second passenger excursions. it saved our trip.

This is my 1st cruise in 20 years with NCL. An avid cruiser with 250+ nights at sea. I had just completed a European cruise with a competitors cruise line to board NCL Sky. This is a smaller ship that has been very well cared for! Extremely clean with an unbelievable polite, caring and helpful staff. Stateroom small but efficient. Room steward was one of the best I have ever had! Please note that balconies do not have patio doors! Porthole with a door as balconies were added later. Food was very tasty and presented very well. Buffet had less food choices than other cruise lines but was very good. Deserts were excellent! All dining staff were unbelievable! Entertainment was great, casino was good, bars were very nice. Overall I really enjoyed my NCL experience. I was disappointed as we were unable to dock at 3 ports due to weather but that was not on NCL! Embarkment and dis-embankment was fast and efficient. Thank you NCL

This was probably our 10th cruise. This will be our last. Three ports were cancelled at last minute (resulting in more sea days). Felt "stuck" on a boat. Most disappointing was the food. Most of the time, food is the star of the cruise. The bland, small portions and "weird interpretations" (e.g. cobb salad with no actual lettuce). The premium specialty restaurants were good. Wish we booked more of these in advance. We were so disappointed with one of the port cancellations (Martha's Vineyard) because it was a bit too windy to tender the boats to get to shore. The cruise director said he has never been to Martha's Vineyard in three attempts (cancelled every time). Why put that on the itinerary then? It's an island in the North Atlantic - it's always windy! Thumbs down!

Enjoy your cruise, but understand the food may not be fantastic.. We met some amazing people. We got some great ports. It is a small ship. If you're going North, don't forget to pack for colder weather.. The room size is smaller than we've ever seen and this was my 19th cruise. There are activities , but not a lot of them. The on board entertainment was both great and needed help at the same time. Some activities in the evening were fantastic And some were shipboard staff performing.

Relaxing itinerary with two sea days and most excursions not meeting before 9:15. Live entertainment was not as good as on past cruises with the exception of Rock You Tonight. Would like to see more quality live entertainment.

Although this cruise was not terrible, it was worse than any other cruise I have ever been on. I have always enjoyed NCL cruises, but this one was not up to their usual standards.

Nice relaxing, weather very-very HOT. Service was great. Ship also very clean, Food was wonderful. not worth seeing shows

This ship is tired and so is it's staff. The Cruise director/ staff along with Sonota were the best highlight of the ship. Sonota deserves main stage! By far the worst ship and we would not ever take it again nor would we recommend it to anyone. Gives Norwegian a bad name. Plenty of cruisers were discussing how awful this ship and staff was. Not a good impression for a first time traveler, luckily we know better. Norwegian needs to do better.

A terribly maintained stateroom detracted from our cruise. The buffet was quite disappointing and the food in the dining room always arrived cold. This was the fault of the ship, not the crew - they were wonderful.

WE enjoyed it. The norwegian staff was tremendous! Excursions for what you receive were pricey. The food was good overall not exceptional. It was relaxing!

Norwegian needs to get more organized on getting people on and off the boat in a less stressful manner. I feel like we were nickel and dimed with fees. I was not impressed and turned off to cruising again.

Not an amazing cruise, but it was a good way to see the Caribbean. Disembarkation at every port was super unorganized as everyone would just gather in the small atrium, and it would be a free for all to get off the ship. A free for all is what best describes this cruise.

Many changes since Covid. Carlos, cruise director not very informative on daily at sea activities. Food just okay, nothing special.

I enjoyed so much the islands,the itinerary we went is beautiful but I think this cruise need change many things. The food orrible,service soso,laundry expensive,gratuity is high and this boat Don't have big categorie for that. They charged for my wine bottle 15.00 dls when I went to others cruise is permit bring 750ml free and internet is to much expensive than other cruise I don't recommend to enyone.

Would recommend the cruise. Port of calls were great. The entertainment was excellent. The food was so so.

While NCL has always been our favorite cruise line, they took a hit this time around. I really hope this is not typical of their business model moving forward. Lower quality food and poor service is not a recipe for success in the long run. Trust me, I am not a snob, but we paid quite a bit extra to stay in the nicer suite and get some services for the first time. All I can say is that it was not worth it.
