This ship is tired and so is it's staff. The Cruise director/ staff along with Sonota were the best highlight of the ship. Sonota deserves main stage! By far the worst ship and we would not ever take it again nor would we recommend it to anyone. Gives Norwegian a bad name. Plenty of cruisers were discussing how awful this ship and staff was. Not a good impression for a first time traveler, luckily we know better. Norwegian needs to do better.

Great friendly service at front desks. Confusing once aboard ship having everyone waiting at the pool instead of meandering about the ships bars.

Food was very average, often not hot enough. Hostess at dining room was very short & rude daily. Univer & Jingle were perfect wait staff at every meal. Other waitstaff made dinner drag out. Buffet always had a long line.

Sonata should be promoted off this terrible ship. They were the highlight of all the entertainment. Scheduling of the other mainstage entertainment was difficult to find seating since they were only offering one show per night, not conducive for a sold out ship. Games in the Bliss were always entertaining.

Grandchild loves the Splash Academy! Only complaint would be the person checking them in was difficult at times.

Our room steward was the very worst! Hands down we have been on 10 long cruises and he was by far the worst we have ever come across. It felt as though the staff on this particular ship was bottom of the barrel. Meals (other than the Jingle & Univer) took forever and often had items incorrect and food was barely warm.

Would never choose a cruise on the Sky again. Was clean enough but cabins were very tiny and poorly designed for closet space.
Cabin / Stateroom

Cabin was small! All aspects of it. Not enough room for clothes to be kept. Pull out bed left no room and steward never wanted to put it up/ down. Not enough room to move about cabin. Really missed the full sliding glass door, not enough light.
Technical difficulties slowed the process down, could have left passengers stay in rooms longer as most rooms were full on ship and line were very very long for disembarkation.
The Sky was at its best when it just sailed out of Miami for a quick 3 Day Booze Cruise . Love your Attitude sorry about The experience but moving on .
