Review summary
This was probably our 10th cruise. This will be our last. Three ports were cancelled at last minute (resulting in more sea days). Felt "stuck" on a boat. Most disappointing was the food. Most of the time, food is the star of the cruise. The bland, small portions and "weird interpretations" (e.g. cobb salad with no actual lettuce). The premium specialty restaurants were good. Wish we booked more of these in advance. We were so disappointed with one of the port cancellations (Martha's Vineyard) because it was a bit too windy to tender the boats to get to shore. The cruise director said he has never been to Martha's Vineyard in three attempts (cancelled every time). Why put that on the itinerary then? It's an island in the North Atlantic - it's always windy! Thumbs down!Embarkation
