Overall cruise was good. Just hope cruise lines are not cutting back on staff/service that was experienced on this one.

Wife is vegan. Vegetarian dishes had items in them that are not vegan. We talked with manager and she addressed issue but Royal Caribbean has vegan menu that is available. Otherwise food was good.

Dancers/singers and comedian were very good. But there were nights that had no stage entertainment and had duplicate performances on different days. Disappointed in quantity, not quality. Other night’s events were held in small rooms that could not accommodate interest shown.

Had one room steward. Looked overwhelmed with all her demands. She was very good though. No towel animals. Appears Norwegian couldn’t fill all positions or is cutting back effecting expected service. Total time to eat dinner was longer than previous cruises. We wound up eating at self serve locations.

Good but not at level of service and quality before pandemic.
Only issue was guide lead horse in deep water, write up lead you to believe you would be riding through shallow water by yourself. Tour not through boat.
