Review summary

I have cruise all of the major cruise lines. This was my first NCL. I will never cruise with them again. Tours were awful. We had one great tour out of 5. So look at all the money we wasted.

there was not that much to do onboard. We did trivia every day. and the men had 2 veteran gatherings. otherwise nothing much

there was a comedian that was good. The staff performance wasn't any good. Not much planned during the day.

I have to give a big thumbs up the the man and woman that greeted us every morning at the buffet. He played the ukulele and they both sang.

San Juan experience. Good. we saw a nice sample of the city.

St. John's, Antigua

Antigua experience. Total waist of money. Pineapple farm was pretty much non existent She said they haven't bounced back yet from the 2017 hurricane The farm had maybe 10 pineapple in it. There was some roots tossed under a tree and she just said they take the root and plant it and get a pineapple in 2 years. We waisted $119 per person.

Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic

this tour was great. But it also costs twice as much as the others. But they packed a lot into the time we had. I suggest this tour for everyone.

Disembarkation

we each paid $25 a piece for the ship to airport transfer. We waited 45 minutes and no buses were around. I asked a man about how much longer we would have to wait. He said MAYBe 2 more hours. so when another guy from Express shuttle said he would take us to the airport immediatly we did it. So don't do the shuttle. You will stand forever.
