The cruise was awesome! I still love NCL but they need to figure out ground transfer process. It was like they didn't care once we got off the ship and nobody would help us!

I prefer a balcony but the Ocean view was fine since I was sailing alone
Process was chaotic and I booked ground transportation to airport with NCL. Bus never showed up and I had to take a cab to avoid missing my plane. Will never take NCL ground transportation from ship to airport again!! This made for a lousy end to a great vacation!

it is not LIKE they don't care once you leave the ship, they DON'T care once you leave the ship! All cruises are like this. Always have an exit plan of your own or buy the airport transfers in and out and park there.
