Review summary
It was really disappointed and maybe illegal not to be able to cancel the cruise 2 days before, because noone answered the phone after being 40 minutes waiting and 200 euros of cellular because I was calling from Spain. The chat did not work and not email was found to send the proper cancelation. I do not know if I still can do anything to recover my money , but at least to use my awful experience to set an email address or improve the ways you have to cancel the cruises.Embarkation
