Review summary

This cruise could have been better. I wish I would have had an option to cancel it when I found out about the itinerary change due to Hurrican Dorian. Everything seemed thrown together due to change and there were not a lot of activities planned when it was change from 4 stops to only 2. If I could give this cruise experience 0 star I would.

Embarkation

Embarkation was quick and fast. However, my husband had to return with security to take another photo and we found out 3 days later we were issued a incorrect keycard.

Food and Dining

The food was good although the buffet bar was repetitive. I was a little irritated that everyone on the ship received the drink package due to the itinerary change. 3 days later I received a letter and 6 bottles of water stating that we had the premium drink package and needed to pick up a orange sticker to be placed on our card. The problem was that the bartending staff and main dining hall staff was not aware of the orange stickers so every time I wanted a premium drink I also had to show them the letter.

Onboard Activities

The pool area is way to small for the amount of people on the ship. There are not enough activities to keep you entertained. Bingo was pricey and not worth it. I have never been on a cruise that shutdown a bingo came because there were not enough people to play.

Entertainment

The magician and the comedian were good, but the music was mostly 80's or Latin when ever I attempted to go to Bliss.

Service and Staff

The staff was 50-50 some where great while others acted like my husband and I were bothering them when we had a question. I also had to remind them about the prepaid anniversary package and chocolate covered strawberries I order for my anniversary.

The common areas were nice but our room needed some work. There were a few dents in the wall.
