Overall the cruise was a success, but the first 2 stops we missed was very disappointing. To get up on the ship was not organized either, it took us 2.5 hour to get to our cabin. Smoking area was terrible for a smoker person( my wife).

The main dining menu was repetitive & not as good as before. Specialty dining was very limited choices. Buffets were kind of ok, because we didn't use that much.

The disco night was the best and the rest were not very popular & the BINGO was super expensive with very little prizes..... The cruise director & the assistant were vey lame, not entertaining and not organized. We didn't pay attention to them both of them were very boring....

The room service was very nice Joe Gattoe.
The Hudsons dining room staff & waiters were 5 STAR excellent. From the Filipina greeting ladies the ushers & the waiters were the BEST. Davidson, Sonny, Noristec were some of them.

The Norwegian Prima is very good, but the very limited smoking area was pain in the neck, because my wife is a smoker & we had to go up to the 17-18th story to smoke in an open area in crammed corner like we were punished. A lot of other smokers were complaining about that.
Very catastrophic and not organized. We went down @ 8:00 a.m. and they make us walk around & around & around with our all big & small luggage and it was 9:30 a.m. until finally we were able to get out.
I’m a former cigarette smoker. A vape pen is an excellent substitute for cigs on cruises. Most have little or no smell (Juul). She wouldn’t have to use the smoking area.
