Food and Drinks are top notch, bartenders need more training. When I order a Bacardi and Coke it should come in one glass lol not a glass cod coke followed by a glass of Bacardi
Onboard Activities

Activities on this ship exist but are very limited. Water slides/dry slides are open 2 hours at a time mainly. The raceway is open 3 hours, 1hr or sometimes 2 hours depending if you wanted to ride solo and double. It was very confusing
Entertainment

Just horrible, we have been on 7 other NCL ships and this by far was the worst unless you like sitting around a whisky lounge where they have a musician playing guitar 70s,80s,90s music. From the moment we got on the ship to the moment that we got off the ship, the entertainment was extremely minimal. In the past from the moment you get on the ship there’s been excitement from crew members, music playing and you really felt like you were on vacation for some reason NCL dropped the anchor on this ship. There are plenty of things advertised on the itineraries, but a very large amount of them are things of no interest. The disco, which is converted after the theater is finished, was decent, but mainly played oldies. Normally by the main pool which I might add, was closed for five out of the seven days of this trip. Have musicians playing tons of people surrounded by the pool and everyone drinking and having a good time but unfortunately that will not happen on the ship as everything is Tucktaway in the main pool area is small, even though they have a bar in the area.

Beautiful and clean, the flow of the ship is just horrible. Everything is sectioned off. Be prepared to flip flop all over the ship as you will do more walking than drinking.

Room was great, butler was decent. Basically he knew how difficult it was to get food so he did not want to get it unless he new we would absolutely would eat it “ I don’t like to waste food, my country they don’t have food “

Book NCL Bliss, Escape, Encore, Breakaway or getaway before booing Prima. If you are looking to park and have a great vacation.
The Haven on Prima was awesome. Every single thing about it.
It did take a minute to figure out where you were going, but I loved it. The ship is different, sleek and very modern.
The band in Syd Norman’s Pour house was really good. When they did the Fleetwood Mac show, Rumours I was blown away! There were different themes in the theater also. Both main shows were also good.
I was on Prima the same week.
I experienced the same problems. Beautiful ship, very small venues,bad drink service,no table areas to sit around the ship except at outdoor food venues
