Food tip: wish they had steak and ale pie for St. Patrick's day. Hamburgers are too well done.

If you have specialty dining package, decide where and when you want to eat and make the reservations the first day! There are so many people with this package that popular reservation times fill up quickly.

I would much rather have a set dinner time and table. You never sit with the same people or have the same server. The servers are much more attentive when they know they will be accountable for there tip.
