Review summary
On the Pearl for 7 days. This was right after the boat was supposedly refurbished. First day when we got on the ship, entire pool deck closed! Main pool closed 1/2 of the cruise. 2 of 4 hot tubs closed for the entire cruise. Short staffed on pool bars as lines were so long at times they had to put ropes up to corral the people. 19 cruises, never have we seen anything close to that. Last day of the cruise woke up To find 1/2 the pool deck closed along with the main pool to put up a stage and another bar for the PIT BULL concerts for the next cruise. We were happy to see how important NCL felt our cruising experience was. We're ginen no answers about any of the issues. Just a "Very Sorry". Too bad even after complaining on line it's been over 10 days and NCL has still made no attempt to contact us. Would not matter now anyway as we see how important we are to them. Amazing that Royal Caribbean just got a new customer thanks to their main competitor.
