Just know that guest services does not care if you get what you were told you would get. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON PRIORITY, IT IS WORTHLESS!!

This was my first cruise with NCL and I was seriously not impressed. Other than the heated pools, they had nothing on RC. The management needs to get their act together and reduce the chaos. Bring back the entertainment staff, because the ones used were not good, and don't offer drinks on a premium plus package that you don't actually offer. I feel like I way overpaid for drinks that we wanted to get and couldn't. A cruise should also never run out of pina colada mix, which was absolutely ridiculous.

Very with all the misinformation. I called to ask about what was allowed on board the morning before we left and I was told that I could bring two bottles of wine. I did that, but was not told until we were checking in and the said we had to pay a fee for the wine. I was not told that on the phone when I spoke to your rep.

We cruised to celebrate my 60th birthday and our 35th wedding anniversary. We had a great time and made wonderful memories! We can't wait to cruise again!!

First trip without kids and it was much needed. Cruise was great, staff was great and ship was clean and served food and drinks late into the night which was great. Only cruised Royal before. The food is much better on Royal the casual attire and anytime dinning time makes up for it. Service was way better on the Norwegian for sure.

Enjoyed our time together aboard the Norwegian Pearl! Great food, drinks, and amazing staff ready to serve you in every way! Would definitely travel again with Norwegian.

The Pearl was a great ship. Clean and the layout was good. Lots of food options. Unlimited wifi worked great but the NCL app did not. We loved the itinerary and would like to go back again. The crowd was mostly 50+ so pretty low key.

Delightful experience. We love the NCL Pearl. There only 1300 cruisers which made this trip especially fun. No crowds!!!!

Great cruise with family and friends. Very happy with everything and can’t wait for the next one.

I had another excellent cruise on the NCL Pearl. I was a little apprehensive at first because I am usually sailing on larger ships with so many activities and eating venues. I was pleasantly surprised that I didn't feel like I compromised anything by being on a smaller ship. The staff on the ship was excellent. The casino tables were not as easy to win, especially the blackjack tables. The dealers kept getting 21 ... no matter what. It was a little disheartening. I switched to Ultimate Texas Holdem ... a game I learned on the ship. It was more fun this trip. I will say I was unimpressed by the port shopping gentlemen, Alex. He was very personable, but seemed to push shopping on board the Effy store instead of any shopping at the ports. I always like to get a piece of jewelry in the ports, and found he was not helpful at all in that regard. The bartenders at the Atrium bar were very friendly and remembered me every time I sat down at the bar. They were always smiling and in a good mood. And I know they were working a lot since that was one of the few bars open (one on each deck) while we were in the ports. And that is a big congregation area so they were always busy. The food in the main dining rooms was good. I ate there on embarkation day and other evenings. I like to eat in the main dining room on embarkation day instead of being herded to the buffet where it is more hectic and crowded. Eating in the main dining room (or even O'Sheehan's) is nicer because you can relax, have a cocktail and chill while you are waiting for your cabin to be available. This trip I didn't go to any shows, but will be doing that when I sail on the same ship in Dec. 2023.

This was our first cruise and was the best trip ever I had. We definitely look for the next cruise.

Overall it was a nice getaway. This was our 10th cruise since 2021. We have sailed princess, celebrity, royal, and one carnival. We wanted to try Norwegian. Slow service encouraged people to drink more as they would let them get bulk amounts of drinks. Yet you won’t give them a water bottle for free. We felt Norwegian nickel and dimed for many things. The private island is nice but everything was way overpriced. Overall it was not a bad trip, but for us Norwegian is not our style. Room was nice and ship was well maintained.

I would definitely recommend this ship and itinerary for couples looking for a weekend getaway. There were some kids on this ship but it didn't really seem like there was a lot of appropriate activities for kids. Make sure you leave time in your schedule for the live shows, you will most likely be impressed and entertained.

If you haven’t been on a cruise definitely try it at least once.

Good first experience with NCL.Met some really good people both on and off the ship.Fix the “free” food and a little TLC and we will be back on Her anytime.Until then, we are dreaming of the food on Oceania Vista.And before anyone starts…we are not snobs.Just giving a honest opinion.

We enjoyed the majority of the cruise, but activities were lacking. Most consisted of listening to music at the different venues. Excursions were not worth the money spent. Again, the friendliest staff help rescue this cruise to make it enjoyable

For a first cruise it was very enjoyable. I would have liked if some of the "night time" activities were also offered during early evening hours. I would have loved to join some of the dancing but I'm more of an early riser now. Also would have liked if there could have been some sort of prepaid card for the arcade instead of just the option of purchasing the 'package'. But overall, was a good experience. I think the staff is what made it so enjoyable on board!
