Review summary

Everyone including the staff was sea sick. Due to late departure in every port. A emergency came up and the staff was not properly trained. A plan should be in place that does not affect the entire cruise. (life flight) I only planned one excursion and that was in Victoria. Due to the emergency that was cancelled. The captain said that it was the human thing to do. That should not be a call for the people on the ship to have to make. I was told how great the cruise to Alaska was. My experience was not a good one. I feel I was cheated out of the good experience. The captain was only concerned about docking in Victoria to get supplies and had no concern that we missed out on our experience,

Ship tip

Due to the emergency that occurred on the ship the excursion that I booked in Victoria was cancelled. That was the only reason I book this trip and was not able to see it ! Very disappointing.
